Tricky Guests

As a planner, one of the questions I am most often asked is how do I deal with a guest who is refusing to play ball and is making my Wedding Day all about them? We've all been there at some point. Wether it's Great Auntie Flo who refuses to attend because second cousin Michael and his new wife are invited or the Bridesmaid who is refusing to wear any of the dresses that you have chosen.
